What you eat can keep you hydrated

I loved this innovative suggestion - the first that I saw on WSWC.  The human body can also stay hydrated through eating foods with a high water content

Kids need fluid for school - send them with a whole bunch of fruit in their lunchbox.


Those veg with a high water content = minimal water need to cook them as they will naturally produce liquid as they're cooking, etc.

Been thinking what about ourselves our kids we also need water to keep ourselves hydrated. So went searching a bit for a way to keep especially the kids hydrated. Buying fresh water yes, but also I found that there's a lot foods which is water enriched for ourselves and to stay healty during a very trying time.
