Tamsin Ballantyne was sweet enough to post pics of the floating weir in my pool. The fabulous reaction, very flattering, prompts me to post a "How To Do It". See the pics below with annotations. It's fairly straightforward so long as there is access to the filter pump inlet. The one piece of time-saving advice is the weight of the ballast required. I reached it by trial and error; the 1,88Kg (I guess 2Kg would be OK) is light enough for the hose ring's bouyancy but heavy enough to keep the lip of the bottle "funnel" just beneath the water level. It works on my pool and should work on yours. Thanks Tamsin!
